COVID-19 kills 123,139, infects 8,266,914 in India



KATHMANDU: India recorded 37,592 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 8,266,914.

Currently, 542,346 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 7,601,429 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 123,100-mark.

With 497 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 123,139, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
