BIRATNAGAR: A young man aged 23 died in a road accident in Biratnagar this morning.
According to District Police Office Morang, Prashant Basnet, who got badly injured in a scooter accident at Rani, Biratnagar at 11 PM breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Biratnagar-based Nobel Hospital today.
Police said the accident occurred when he lost control of the scooter — Lu 46 Pa 6390.
Basnet was first rushed to the Neuro Hospital and later shifted to Nobel Hospital at about 4 this morning.
