Govt transfers some secretaries



KATHMANDU: A cabinet meeting held on Sunday made promotion and transfers of some secretaries at the various ministries and departments.

According to the decision, Administrative Officer at the Kathmandu Metropolis Kedar Neupane was transferred to the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation.

Secretary Surya Gautam of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation was transferred to the Ministry Ministry of Federal Affairs General Administration.

Similarly, Secretary Yadav Koirala of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration was  transferred to the Ministry of Health while Secretary Khagaraj Baral of the Ministry was transferred to the Office of the President.

Likewise, Joint-secretary at the Ministry of Finance Hari Sharan Pudashaini was transferred to the Inland Revenue Department.

Meanwhile, the cabinet meeting decided to promote Ek Narayan Aryal to the post of secretary and induct him at the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
