Deliberation begins on Kalapani resolution proposal

KATHMANDU: A resolution proposal on disputed Kalapani, Limpiyadhura and Lipulek has been tabled at a meeting of the National Assembly.

Proposed by NCP Khim Lal Bhattarai the resolution proposal has been seconded by Nepali Congress lawmaker Sarita Prasain.

According to Federal Parliament Secretariat, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Gyawali will answer the questions raised by lawmakers once the deliberation is over.

Bhattarai and Prasain are the chief whips of the ruling NCP and the main opposition NC respectively.
