Biratnagar reports two fresh deaths linked with COVID-19

BIRATNAGAR:  Two septuagenarian men have died due to coronavirus infection in the course of treatment in Biratnagar, Morang.

A 70-year-old man of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-3, who was admitted to isolation center of Koshi Hospital after he tested positive for the virus on October 23, passed away due to COVID-19 infection, said Gyan Bahadur Basnet, the manager of the hospital.

Similarly, a 72-year-old man of Damak municipality-2, Damak died in the course of treatment at Nobel Teaching Hospital.

He was admitted to the hospital after his PCR test result came out positive on October 28.

The elderly died in the course of treatment, said Narayan Dahal, the manager of the hospital.
