America’s COVID-19 cases cross 13.9 million

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 13,912,419 in the United States of America after 154,117 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 5,436,451 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 8,201,679 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 274,289 with 1,195 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,473,407 and infected 63,569,891 globally until the filing of this news.
