KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against the Chief Divisional Engineer (CDE) of Water Resources and Irrigation Department Lalitpur Suresh Kumar Sharma.
CIAA has accused Sharma of earning property by embezzling Rs 3,654,932.
The Commission has filed a case at the Special Court in Kathmandu after investigating the complaint that Sharma had acquired millions of rupees through corruption while working in various offices and projects.
