Sanima General Insurance Company to issue IPO from Oct 7



KATHMANDU: Sanima General Insurance Company Limited is issuing initial public offering (IPO) from October 7.

The company will issue 3 million units of shares worth Rs 300 million.

Customers can apply for minimum 10 units of shares up to 1,000 between October 7 to 11, according to a notice issued by the company. NIC Asia Capital Ltd is the issue manager.

Out of the total units of shares being issued, 120,000 units of shares have been allocated for company staffers while 150,000 units of shares for mutual funds.

The people in general can apply for the remaining 2,730,000 units of shares.
