COVID-19 cases in Nepal are on a rise, as is the unemployment rate. The impact on economy is severe; the GDP growth is estimated to decline from 7 % in FY 2019 to 2.27% in FY 2020 and if it prolongs, it could further worsen

“The Government and Citizens are at a critical juncture, where they can collectively take a best practices based strategic approach to the crisis and actively attack this dilemma or they can allow the country to be victimized by the crisis and bad governance as many countries on the planet have suffered,” says David Frigstad, Chairman, Frost & Sullivan, California, USA.
