75 more people infected with COVID-19 in Karnali Province

DHANGADHI: Seventy five more people have been infected with the coronavirus in Karnali Province.

According to the latest statement issued by the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali Pravince, tests conducted at the Surkhet-based provincial laboratory and Karnali Institute of Health Sciences, Jumla, have confirmed infections in 75 more persons.

With this, the number of infection cases in Karnali has reached 198, according to the ministry. Out of them, one has died.

Among the newly infected persons, 41 are from Dailekh, 10 from Salyan, five from Surkhet and 19 from Jumla.
