NA arranged for the hearse and last rituals of COVID-19 victim child

DHANGADHI: The Nepal Army performed the last rituals of the 2-year old coronavirus victim child who died in Martadi quarantine on Sunday morning.

According to Major Rabin Shrestha, NA personnel from Far Western Division executed the last rituals of the child as per the directives related with the last rituals of the coronavirus victim.

The dead body of the child was kept in the isolation ward of District Hospital Bajura. The funeral rituals were performed at the bank of Budhiganga river of Badimalika Municipality.

The body was taken to river bank with the help of Badimalika Municipality.

Padam Badhuwal, the Mayor of the Municipality informed that  a ditch was dug with the help of dozer where the child was buried afterwards.

According to the District Administration Office Bajura, after the child’s death due to coronavirus and the coronavirus positive result of the child’s mother, Dhuralsein Secondary School’s quarantine area has been sealed from Sunday.
