KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested former Chief District Officer (CDO) of Dolakha Khagendra Prasad Rijal.
Rijal is currently suspended for bribery. The anti-graft body arrested him on Tuesday for further investigation into the case.
He was transferred to the Ministry of Home Affairs and later relieved of his responsibility following accusations of bribery.
