Temperature to dip further from Wednesday: MFD



KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has said that temperature is likely to go down further from Wednesday.

The westerly wind above Jammu and Kashmir is gradually surging towards east and will reach western part of Nepal tonight according to Barun Paudel, a meteorologist.

According to Paudel, this westerly wind is likely to cause snowfall and light rain in the mid-hill and highlands of the western and central parts of the country.

The temperature will go down throughout the country with chances of light rain in some parts of the country on Wednesday and Thursday due to this westerly wind.
