Speaking during the presentation of an annual action plan for the fiscal year 2019/20 as well as the implementation agreement signing program at his office in Singha Durbar today, PM Oli suggested the ministers to not create a situation in which ministers have to put their heads down in front of their subordinates.

He also urged them to maintain integrity while asking ministers and secretaries to expedite the pace of work.

The Prime Minister also expressed the hope that the works would speed up since the ministers have already signed an agreement on action plan implementation with him.
