Roadside explosion kills at least 34 civilians in Afghanistan

KABUL: At least 34 civilians were killed on Wednesday when a bus was hit by a roadside blast, officials said.

More than 17 were injured in the blast. A senior official in the province of Farah said that the civilians were traveling in a bus on a highway when the incident occurred.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. (Agencies)
