Staff at Birgunj Metropolis Office caught with bribe

BIRGUNJ: A computer operator at Birgunj Metropolis Office has been arrested red-handed with Rs 15,000 bribe.

A team deployed from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested computer operator Rakesh Kumar Jaiswal with the kickback.

Acting on a complaint, the anti-graft body raided the metropolis office making the arrest.

CIAA said further investigation was underway.
