Step up mutual dialogue, Trump to Putin

MOSCOW: U.S. President Donald Trump suggested his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to step up dialogue when they met in Osaka, Japan last week, reports have said.

According to Interfax news agency, Trump and Putin held discussion for more than an hour on the sidelines of the G20 summit held in Japan.

The report said Trump showed readiness to start talks with Putin on strategic stability and disarmament. (Agencies)
