Former State Minister Sanjaya Sah gets life in prison



KATHMANDU: Dhanusha District Court has slapped a life imprisonment on seven individuals including former Minister of State for Physical Infrastructure Sanjaya Sah alias ‘Takala’ for his involvement in Janakpur Bomb explosion case.

A single bench of judge Rajesh Kumar Katuwal issued a verdict sentencing Sah to life in prison on Thursday, a report in Nagarik daily said.

A murder case had been filed against them.  The others sentenced to life in prison include Jaya Prakash Chaudhary, Mukesh Karna, Suresh Karna, Rajan Mukti, Mukesh Chaudhary and Jaya Prakash Chaudhary.
