Bharatpur Airport to remain closed for 10 days from Dec 1



CHITWAN: Bharatpur Airport in Chitwan will remain closed for 10 days from December 1 for the overlay of the runway and construction of additional parking bays.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Bharatpur said that the airport will remain closed from December 1 till December 10.

According to Pawan Gautam, Bharatpur airport chief, they have informed all airline operators about the closure.

The Bharatpur airport runway has not been overlaid for over 20 years.
