Gajendra Narayan Hospital to come under federal govt

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) is set to bring Rajbiraj-based Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital under the federal government.

The hospital was earlier under Ram Raja Prasad Singh Academy of Health Sciences. A cabinet meeting on January 7, 2019, had decided to establish the Academy in Rajbiraj. It had also decided to develop the hospital as an academy.
