Nepal’s Judicial Council transfers three Chief Judges



KATHMANDU: The Judicial Council (JC) has transferred Chief Judges of Patan, Surkhet and Tulsipur High Courts.

Chief Judge as Lalitpur High Court Kumar Chudal has been transferred Surkhet High Court, Chief Judge at Surkhet High Court Ramesh Pokharel has been transferred to Tulsipur High Court and Chief Judge at Tulsipur High Court Nahakul Subedi has been transferred to Patan High Court.

A few days ago, some 200 judges of high and district courts were transferred.

Similarly, the judge at Pokhara High Court Pramod Kumar Baidhya has been assigned the Chief of Revenue Tribunal Pokhara. He was recently transferred to the high court from the Special Court.
