SARLAHI: Relief was distributed among flood survivors of Godaita Municipality on Sunday. As many as 330 flood victims in the municipality received relief package with financial support from Save the Children Nepal, facilitation of National Employment Promotion and coordination of Godaita Municipality. Godaita Municipality mayor Devendra Kumar Yadav handed over relief to the flood survivors.
National Employment Promotion Centre’s program coordinator Sujit Kumar Chauhdary shared that relief material worth amounting to Rs 7,000 each was handed to the affected people.
The relief includes drinking water filter, rope, tent, mosquito net and women and student kit. Earlier, relief was distributed to 207 flood survivors in the municipality with financial support from Save the Children on July 19.
