2 leaders of Biplav-led outfit held in Syangja



SYANGJA: Leaders and cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand Biplav-led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) are being arrested from different parts of the country after the government banned their activities. On Friday, police nabbed two leaders of the outfit.

DSP Nabin Krishna Bhandari at District Police Office, Syangja informed that District Secretary of the party Gokul Parajuli and Chairman of Worker’s Union Govinda Oli ‘Jeewan’ were arrested from Putalibazaar-13 while they were running away on a motorcycle.

Police have kept a close tab on leaders and cadres of the outfit after government banned their activities.
