Delhi likely to pick Sandeep for the third clash

KATHMANDU: Delhi Capitals has created a hope to pick Nepali leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane out of four overseas players for its third match of the IPL 2019 against Kolkata Knight Riders to be played at the latter’s home ground on Saturday.

The Delhi has posted a video on a Twitter, where Sandip is busy practicing. The video shows that Sandeep might have a chance to play in the third match.

Delhi had been keeping an eye on Sandeep as he played different T20 tournaments including the famous Big Bash League from Melbourne Stars. However, he was not included for the clash.

Delhi will be eyeing a win against Mumbai led by Rohit Sharma that has clinched the IPL title thrice. Delhi that was knocked out form the Group Stage last season is hopeful for a flying start in the tournament.
