MAHOTTARI: A bomb went off at the house of a by-elections candidate from the ruling Nepal Communist Party Bikram Chaudhary on Thursday.

Chaudhary is contesting the by-elections for the Chairman of Pipara Rural Municipality.

District Police Office, Mahottari said the bomb exploded this afternoon at his house in Pipara-4, adding that no human casualty occurred.
