Three killed, 27 injured in Surkhet bus accident



BIRENDRANAGAR: Three people died and 27 others sustained injuries in a passenger bus accident that occurred at Harhemod in Bheriganga Rural Municipality in Surkhet district on early Wednesday.

According to District Police Office, Surkhet, one died on the spot while two breathed their last while undergoing treatment at Kohalpur Medical College.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained said DSP Rabi Rawal. Police said they are investigating the case of the accident.

The ill-fated bus, Na 4 Kha 9317, heading to Nepalgunj from Jajarkot met with the accident at 3 am today.
