KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has warned of pulling down the KP Sharma Oli-led government.

He claimed that it was not a big deal for the main opposition party to bring down the incumbent Communist government.

“Nepali Congress overthrew Rana and Panchayat regimes and King’s autocratic rule for democracy. It won’t be a big deal for the party to pull down the government,” he said at a program organized on Friday.

He reiterated that his party won’t let the House endorses controversial bills targeted to curtail press freedom and freedom of opinion and expression guaranteed by the constitution.
