Two killed, 15 injured in Japan stabbing

TOKYO: A girl and a man were killed and 15 other girls were injured when a man stabbed them at a bus stop just outside Tokyo today, media reports said.

A man, who was detained, also died later.

The injured girls, aged between 6 and 12, were the students at a private Catholic school in Kawasaki. They were boarding their school bus when a man attacked them.

The driver of the bus said he saw a man coming closer to the bus stop and stabling schoolgirls with a knife in both hands, reports said. (Agencies)
