PM Modi urges people to popularize Indian festivals



NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has floated the idea of “Festival Tourism” urging all people to popularize the festivals and invite people from other countries to join the festivities.

Speaking on a radio program today, PM Modi said festival tourism has its own attractions globally. Stating that India is the land of festivals presenting possibilities for festival tourism, PM Modi urged all sections of the society to popularize festivals. (Agencies)
