World Tourism Day being celebrated in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Nepal is celebrating the 40th World Tourism Day by organizing different programs today.

With the slogan ‘Tourism and Jobs: A Better Future for All’, this day is being celebrated under the aegis of the government and tourism entrepreneurs in Nepal.

The main organizing celebration committee organized a morning rally in Kathmandu this morning on the occasion.

The rally started from the premises of Thamel-based Employees Provident Fund with bands and was converted into a formal program at the Republic Monument.

Several tourism entrepreneurs and organizations, ministry officials and general people took part in the rally.
