SEE results published; how to check results?

KATHMANDU: The National Education Board (NEB) on Thursday published the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).

A meeting of NEB held this afternoon decided to unveil the results and it was announced amidst a press conference.

A total of 16,882 students have secured GPA 3.60 to 4 i.e. A+ in the SEE exam.

Likewise, 48,960 students secured GPA 3.20 to 3.60 (A), 60,706 students received GPA 2.80 to 3.20 (B+), 94,110 students received GPA 2.40 to 2.90 (B).

Similarly, 97,200 students obtained GPA 2.00 to 2.40 (C +) while 95,209 students scored 1.60 to 2.00 (C) while 43,840 students got 1.20 to 1.60 (D+), 4,429 gained 0.80 to 1.20 (D).

The result of 8,207 students was yet to be made published owing to various reasons.

Under the technical category, 608 students got A+, 2,177 got A, 3035 got B+, 2,454 got B, 908 got C+ and 98 got C while one student obtained D+.

Result of 262 students under this category is yet to be published. The examinations of altogether 50 students were canceled due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations of SEE exam.

Over 475,000 examinees had appeared in the SEE exams from across the country this year. Of them, 236,445 are males while 238, 558 are females.
