KATHMANDU: Any passenger heading towards destination countries after fulfilling all required documents including labor permit has not been held back from flying abroad via Tribhuvan International Airport.
According to the Department of Immigration (DOI), the reports of some passengers heading towards the destination countries after fulfilling all process related to foreign employment being returned back has no reality.
Director General at the Department, Ishwori Raj Poudel, said that the Department has not stopped any passenger heading towards his/her destination country after fulfilling all set criteria and due process.
The Department can send back passengers who have labor permit but not fulfilled all the required documents. Chief of Immigration Office at Tribhuvan International Airport, Dirgharaj Poudel, said that the office has issued travel permits to the passenger who come with all necessary documents.
The government has recently released a list of documents that should be submitted by an individual to travel abroad, including for work and attending training.
