Journalists call for implementing WJA



BUTWAL: Progressive Journalists Association, Nepal has urged the concerned sides to implement the Working Journalists Act (WJA).

President of the Association Narayan Sharma demanded that the government should not forward the bill related to the press without holding discussion with the concerned stakeholders.

According to him, the Association has decided to support the movement initiated by the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) to uphold the freedom of the Press and expression.
