‘620 terrorists killed between 2016 and 2018 in India’s J&K’



NEW DELHI: India’s Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy has said 620 terrorists were killed between 2016 and 2018 the Indian state of J&K.

Reddy said a total of 324 terrorists were killed in Kashmir between 2016 to 2018, and 86 were killed in 2016, Indian media reports have said.

He added that 127 terrorists have been killed in 2017 and 111 killed in 2018.

Meanwhile, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address Rajya Sabha today. On Tuesday, he criticized the main opposition Congress alleging it for never recognizing efforts of anyone. PM Modi also accused the Congress party for recognizing the efforts of the members from the Gandhi-Nehru family. (Agencies)
