UK should leave EU on Oct. 31, says PM candidate McVey



LONDON: Conservative lawmaker Esther McVey, one of the prime ministerial candidates to succeed Theresa May, has said Britain has to quit the European Union (EU) at the end of October.

She said that the 31st of October is the key date and if that means without a deal.

McVey, who is a pro-Brexit former minister, said that date is now fixed adding that they would not be asking for any more extensions. (Agencies)
