KATHMANDU: Bearing Nepali flags in their containers, Nepal Shipping Line’s containers are set to deliver goods and products to and fro different ports in the world.

Nepal Shipping Lines is launching its ambitious project of providing service through its nearly 2000 containers all over the world.

This will help the state get profit from the Nepali importers.

Prabhu Group, a renowned group of entrepreneurs offering expert knowledge of the various sectors, is all set to launch the service. With the operation of the service more than 2000 containers shall start offering their service instantly.

“With it, Nepali cargo entrepreneurs need not pay for foreign containers. This will save both time and money,” says, Devi Prakash Bhattachan, the Chairman of the company. He claimed that the service will be more cost-efficient to Nepali business persons.

Prabhu Group claims this shall promote the government’s project ‘Happy Nepali, Prosperous Nepal’ campaign as well.

When transportation is held as the backbone of all types of trades and water-transport is regarded as cost-effective and convenient, Nepali entrepreneurs were compelled to pay high price, and go through more mental and physical troubles, Prabhu Group has expressed its happiness at the idea that the Shipping lines service shall come as a conducive relief for everyone.

Prabhu Group shared the good news that the containers bearing Nepali flags will arrive shortly. The Group has the target of leading the number of containers to 300 within this year.

Although the service shall be a boon to Nepali entertainers, the consumers shall also be benefitted from it.

As the entrepreneurs getting their things delivered from Far –western countries get their things delivered in 45-60 days, with Nepal Shipping Lines’ service they can be brought to the country in 30 days.

“This will reduce nearly 38% extra charge the importers have been paying so far,” the Chairman of Shipping Lines claims.

The pre-paid formalities which used to bother the entrepreneurs before will be easier. Nepal Shipping Lines has assured to provide quality service at a competitive rate and less transit time.

Despite being a landlocked country, Nepal Shipping Lines’ services are sure to help the country enjoy the privilege of importing the goods and items from the nearest seaport. The company affirms that the service will be further expanded to far-east, South-East Asia, Bay of Bengal, the Gulf countries and even beyond that paving room for the easy import from any countries in and around the sea-route.

The Lines is in the homework of importing goods to Nepal via India’s port bearing Nepal’s flag.

The study shows the feasibility of importing goods in 50-80 Nepali flag-bearing containers in the beginning. Prabhu Group claims the containers will be available for export at any time easing the import-export business.
