CAN to organise IT fair in Pokhara

Pokhara: Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) Federation Kaski is going to organise the information and technology (IT) fair in Pokhara from 28 February to March 8. President of CAN Federation Kaski chapter Yubraj Poudel said that the fair is being organised to showcase the latest and hi-tech technology in the weeklong vent and ensure their access to the rural people.
According to Poudel, more than 100 stalls related to IT would be kept in the fair while IT exhibition and other activities would be managed along with the sale and maintenance of the computers, laptops, mobile phones and others.
Meanwhile, Karnali Province-level CAN Infotech is also scheduled to be held in Surkhet from March 8 to 12 in Birendranagar, Surkhet.
CAN Federation Surkhet is hosting the ‘IME Pay Infotech’ which would be inaugurated by a robot, the organiser said.
IT conference, IT workshop and seminar on smart technology for digital Karnali would be held along with the IT exhibition and others.
According to the organiser, efforts would be made to establish link between IT and agriculture, health, education, tourism and business. Similarly, the IT goods and services would be kept in display and for the commercial purpose in the fair price.
