SEOUL: North Korea on Thursday fired two short-range missiles from its east coast, international media reports have said.
This is the first missile tests since North Korea leader Kim Jong Un and U.S. President Donald Trump talked and agreed to revive stalled denuclearization talks.
Reports said that the isolated communist country fired the missiles from the city of Wonsan with one missile flying about 430 km and the other some 690 km out over the sea.
Both the missiles are said to have reached an altitude of 50 km before splashing down, reports said. (Agencies)
