Car turns turtle at Sohrakhutte; driver unhurt



KATHMANDU: A car has met with an accident at Sohrakhutte in the capital on early Thursday.

According to police, a car, Ba 11 Cha 2103, heading to Kaldhara from Thamel turned turtle after the speeding car hit the Jayakrishna Spectacles Shop at Sohrakhutte at 4 am today.

Car driver Sagarmatha Rai is unhurt. “The accident took place while swerving a milk tanker coming from the opposite direction,” police said quoting Rai.

Rai was driving the car under the influence of alcohol.
