KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has been on an upward trend for the last few days, bringing glee on the faces of investors.

The benchmark index went up 19.14  points to rest at 1279.29 points on the fourth treading day of the week.

The day witnessed transaction of a total of 3, 408, 374 units of shares of 172 companies worth Rs 950 million 304 thousand.
