Truck-hit claims 41-year-old in Gurjudhara



KATHMANDU: A 41-year-old man has died after being hit by a truck at Gurjudhara in the capital on Monday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Arjun Bahadur KC of Chandragiri Municipality-7, check-post.

According to police KC was heading to Kalanki to drop his son at LRI School on a motorcycle when the accident took place.

Arjun’s son who was riding pillion is safe, police said.

Earlier, on Monday, a student had died in a road accident at Gurjudhara.

The truck has fled the scene. Police said they are searching the truck and the driver.
