KATHMANDU: The Mount Everest Fashion Runway will be organized on the 4th week of January in 2020 at Mount Everest Base Camp.
The organizer said that Mount Everest Base Camp was chosen as a venue to draw the attention of the world to save nature and mountains from non-biodegradable fashion products and items.
According to the organizers, the show will also be focused to increase the use of felt (handmade fabric in Nepal) in the world fashion industry. Some 15 International supermodels from whole over the world will walk in the highest ramp on earth.
The event will be sponsored by Kasa which is an international fashion brand founded in Kathmandu Valley.
