HONG KONG: Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam has said that the Hong Kong police force is under extreme pressure while acknowledging that it will be a ‘long road’ to heal the rift.

Lam said there had not been any fatalities during the three-month-long protests and reiterated on dialogue to resolve the political crisis in Hong Kong.

Likewise, police Acting Senior Superintendent Vasco Williams said that the footage of the alleged incident that showed a police officer kicking a yellow object in an alley was not a man. (Agencies)
