In pics: River cruise ship undergoes test on Narayani River



CHITWAN: A mini cruise ship that is undergoing construction at Bharatpur Metropolis-16 has undergone a successful test on Monday.

Operators and crew members boarded the ship during a test carried out on Narayani River.

Managing Director of Rhino International Company Ram Chandra Kandel said that the test drive of the ship was done up to one kilometer from the place it is being constructed.

Technicians from the Indian State of Kerala are currently working to give a final shape to the ship constructed with a Norwegian technology.

The ship can accommodate 90 persons on the first floor and 100 persons on the second floor and measures 100 feet in length and 25 feet in width.
