KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Friday filed a graft case at Special Court against a sub-engineer arrested red-handed with bribe.
The anti-graft body had arrested sub-engineer Sandeep Poudel at Education Development Directorate of Province-5 with Rs 120,000 kickback.
CIAA has demanded confiscation of the bribed amount, an equal fine and an imprisonment of one year.
