Second Domestic Tourism Mart in February



KATHMANDU: The second Domestic Tourism Mart (DTM) 2020 has been scheduled to take place from February 21 in the central capital.

The fair which will be organized from the private level with the theme of “first country, then abroad” aims to support the Visit Nepal Year-2020 announced by the government.

The government has a target of bringing two million tourists in the country during the Visit Year.

The Exhibition Hall based in the local Bhrikutimandap has been chosen as the venue for the two-day fair which will showcase 150 stalls relating to the tourism business and giving information about touristic destinations across the country.

Visitors can enjoy the taste of local cuisine from several parts of the country. It will be inaugurated in the presence of top political leaders, federal ministers and other senior government officials, the chief minister from all seven states, ministers, lawmakers, tourism experts and entrepreneurs.
