India’s External Affairs Minister Jaishankar returns home



KATHMANDU: Wrapping up his two-day visit to Nepal, Indian Minister for External Affairs S Jaishankar returned home this afternoon.

Jaishankar had arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday morning to participate in the Fifth Meeting of the Nepal-India Joint Commission here.

During his stay here, Jaishankar paid a courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, he met with Prime Minister KP Oli.

The meeting of the Nepal-India Joint Commission was co-chaired by Nepal’s Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawali and Jaishankar.
