Three killed in Achham jeep accident

KATHMANDU: Three people died and three others sustained injuries in a jeep accident in Bannigadhi Jayagadh Rural Municipality-5 of Achham district on Wednesday night .

According to District Police Office, Achham, the deceased have been identified as Ashok Pariyar, Kale Pariyar of Jayagadh Rural Municipality-4 and Lal Bohara of Baitadi district.

The accident took place when the ill-fated jeep, Se 1 Ja 995, heading to Jayagadh from Mujabagar of Ramaroshan Rural Municipality met with an accident at Sukibag along the Jayagadh-Majhethana at 8 pm yesterday.

The jeep went out of control and fell some 500 meters down the rough road, said police.
