Two cadres of Biplav outfit arrested



JUMLA: Police on Monday morning arrested two cadres of the banned Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav from the district.

A team from the district police office led by Inspector Nabin Oli arrested Birkha Bahadur Shahi of Hima Rural Municipality-7, the party district secretary, and Jagat Bahadur Bista of Naraharinath Rural Municipality-2, Karnali Bureau Chairperson of the Youth Association affiliated with the CPN from their home.

Police acted on a tip-off. Police also seized donation receipts, letter pads of the organization, party pamphlets, SIM-cards and two mobile phones from them, said Oli.
