BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister (CM) of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai, has urged all civil servants to be honest towards the people and the country.

Instructing the chiefs of various offices at the office of the Chief Minister today, Chief Minister Rai emphasized that all civil servants should ensure that the programs are implemented under the budget of the new fiscal year.

He urged the civil servants not to be politically bias while performing and suggested them to bring changes working style and conduct from today.
